As a small lender, banker, real estate salesman, real estate broker, 1031 exchanger, real estate developer, real estate instructor, loan originator, mortgage broker, lending instructor, consumer coach / advocate. Currently Bill teaches home ownership, real estate investment, buying and selling real estate for both professionals and consumers, he also teaches mortgages for both professionals and consumers.
